Just wanted to address the previous review: BDCO is a non-profit program for young adults. They do NOT have children, they have young adults who make a legal decision for themselves to be part of the program. This previous review is very misleading about what they do. The young adults who choose to come have various background stories, but those stories (some heartbreaking) are not the prerequisite for why they may or may not be there. Meaning: if a student comes with a abusive past in their story, BDCO isn’t going to verify if every detail is true. BDCO is there to love them and encourage them to dream about a brighter future regardless of where they come from.

I am so proud of these folks who have put together aptly named "dream center." Like or not America, these children are our future. We either help them now or we will surely pay the price for the rest of their lives...mental health costs, pregnancies adding to public health and child protection costs and cases, criminal system costs. No child can be prepared to make their own adult way without help, safety and guidance. KUDOS TO BASIN DREAM CENTER!!! Respectfully emmet fleming

I had the pleasure of speaking to the founder and not only did I receive business advice but I also was able to truly know who she is, where she came from and to know her heart. BDCO is working vigorously to provide many more than they already have with the basic life skills, plus some. The founder is a woman with a heart that doesn’t stop!!!! I felt as if I had known her immediately when we began our conversation, while being a realist with me and not wanting to discourage me in my own venture to assist children that are taken by the state, she brought many topics to light and has even provided some tidbits here and there. She doesn’t have an obligation to do everything she does for all who she provides her time to; but she has made it her mission to assist those children/young adults who otherwise wouldn’t have the skills, resources, encouragement, love, safety, consistency, structure, routine and support. BDCO is pertinent to the children/young adults in the Permian Basin.
