While in our transitional living program, our residents have a Youth Advocate to help them navigate their plan for success. Our residents can expect to get:
Free, safe housing
Clean, comfortable beds and bedding
Guidance on your future goals and milestones
Access to free mental health services
Help enrolling in school and/or vocational programs
Transportation to work, school and health appointments
Life Skills classes
Assistance in obtaining identification documents (state ID, birth certificate, social security card, etc)
A family atmosphere with love and support
A structured environment to promote stability and growth
Help preparing for and gaining employment
An appreciation for your community by volunteering as a group
