Stephanie Hart

Chief Program Officer

A lifelong Midland resident, Stephanie’s career journey has been shaped by resilience and a deep commitment to her community. As a single mother, she worked as a purchasing manager in the oilfield to support her son, Brayden, who now serves as a correctional officer. When he enlisted in the Marines, Stephanie pursued her own aspirations in criminal justice, working as a Felony GPS officer for Midland County Pretrial while earning her associate degree. Since 2018, she has dedicated herself to crisis intervention, volunteering with the Crisis Intervention Unit for the Midland County Sheriff’s Office, and later supporting survivors of human trafficking.

With a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, Stephanie joined the Basin Dream Center as Chief Program Officer, Crisis Manager, and Human Trafficking Advocate, providing direct care to homeless youth and trafficking survivors. Her personal experiences drive her passion for rehabilitation and reintegration, and she remains committed to deepening her understanding of trauma to better support the young adults she serves. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
