Case Manager

Raised in Weatherford, TX, Sandy’s journey has taken her across the globe as a military spouse, giving her a unique perspective and deep empathy for those in need. A mother of three and grandmother of six, she first became involved in nonprofit work in 2022, supporting victims of human trafficking. Since January 2024, Sandy has been a Case Manager at Basin Dream Center, dedicated to supporting homeless youth and trafficking survivors. She is pursuing an Associate’s degree in Substance Abuse Counseling at Midland College, driven by her commitment to make a lasting impact on every life she encounters and deepen her capacity to serve others. In her free time, Sandy enjoys painting, traveling and spending time with my family.

With a deep commitment to community service, Tina has built her career around addressing homelessness at its roots and advocating for sustainable solutions. Leading a team of passionate professionals and volunteers, she remains focused on a vision where every youth served can transition from crisis to self-sufficiency, free from the threat of homelessness. Tina’s dedication to young lives extends into her personal life as well. She is a loving mother of three biological children, and one adopted child from foster care and has fostered many more. A proud grandmother, she cherishes spending time with her grandsons, Nash and Holland.
